REGISTRATION 2025


Registration is now open for the 2025 rugby season. NZRU have released a new registration and competition management system for the 2025 season, Rugby Xplorer (RX).


Step One: Creating Your Profile in Rugby Xplorer

You are now able to start the registration process by creating your rugby profile at Rugby Profile Portal 

Note: when you register, it may give you an option choose an account that already has your name and details (this is from the old Sporty programme). Please select the option to create a new account, as this option seems to work better.

Tip: Use an email address that you will still have access to through the season / If you are a parent & registering more than one child or yourself as coach, then look up how to link profile under a Parent profile / Remember your email & password!

Step Two : Registering to Prebbleton

Once you have created your Profile you will then be able to register with Prebbleton as either a Player, Coach or Team Manager.

Note: if your child is in the Teenage Grades please note the grades have had different names over the years, for clarification they are:

  Junior Boys / U14.5s now Year 9

  Intermediate Boys / U16s now Year 10/11

  Senior Boys / U18s now Year 12/13

  Junior Girls / Years 4-6 (Monday night only)

  Intermediate Girls / Years 7-9 (Monday night only)

  Senior Girls / Years 10-13 (Saturday)


Step Three: Player Subs

Players will be expected to pay subs via bank transfer (details below) or over the bar on either Thu nights or Sat game days. 

Players Subs for 2025 as follows:

  • Seniors - mens/womens   $190
  • Full-time Students attending University/Polytech & Yr12-13/U18   $160
  • Year 1-11 Grades   $130 for one ($60 for each additional child within a family/household group)

       Particulars: GRADE (Year2, Colts etc)

       Code:  FIRST NAME (of ea party if more than 1)
